For your convenience, use our online or fax locate request to notify us of your plan to dig, excavate, or otherwise disturb the ground.

Understand that you are not clear to excavate until all Sask 1^st Call subscribers are notified and have located their facilities in your work area or advised you to proceed.

Remember you are responsible to notify other companies who may have underground facilities in your work area and are not Sask 1^st Call subscribers. A current list of Sask 1^st Call subscribers is available under "Participating Companies"

A minimum of two full working days notice is required.

If your locate is an Emergency or Priority, you must call Sask 1^st Call directly at 1-866-828-4888 and speak with a Customer Service Representative.

Sask 1^st Call operates 8 A.M. to 7 P.M. Monday to Friday, and is closed on week-ends and holidays. Locate requests can be faxed 24 hours a day to (306) 525-2356 or 1-866-455-5559 or emailed. Fax’s and emails received after hours will be processed the next business day.
